For clients who want to take the next steps in creating a beautiful home at your own pace, our Design Concierge Package is for you. We create a complete Design Plan including the layout, sourcing and selection of items empowering you to implement a beautiful design as your time and budget allow.
The MTI Expertise
Shamika specializes in creating unique design solutions to support big lives in small interiors. She draws on her own experience as a mom nurturing a family including two young boys in a small home and is equipped with the distinctive understanding of how to create a fulfilling home that can endure a full life in a small space . We work across many aesthetics with the important goal of maximizing the home lives of our clients in mind.
Our Detailed Design Process
We’ve constructed a proprietary process to ensure seamless projects for our clients. Our process ensures that our clients remain informed throughout the project and keep unpleasant surprises to a minimum.
Please note: the process outlined below specifically pertains to full-service clients.
Project Phase I : Scope Outline
Before we begin officially working on your project, we may enter an Exploratory Agreement where we have a meeting to assign real numbers to your design goals. This is where we sit down and prepare the refined budget together.
This prepares us to enter an agreement with our contractor and enables us to move forward in the project with a clear goal .
Project Phase II: Concept Mapping
Once we have a firm understanding of the overall budget, we enter a Full Project Agreement and can begin drafting the concept.
Project Phase III: Procurement
Once furniture and materials are approved, the procurement process begins. We will manage everything from ordering to delivery and liaise with the construction team to ensure that all items arrive according to schedule.
Project Phase IV: Implementation
Once the majority of furniture and materials needed to execute the concept arrive, it's time for installation! We manage and oversee all installation needs from top to bottom and liaise with tradespeople and contractors as necessary. We organize every detail to bring your vision to alive and do what we do best - make the magic happen! All items are installed according to the concept and upon completion, you get to enjoy your newly designed home!
